Tile Floor Restoration Saves Tampa Homeowner a Staggering $7,635

We recently received a call from the third owner of a house in Tampa who was aware of this fact. When it came time for her to sell her home, she realized it couldn't be done until she had hired a Tampa grout recoloring company to breathe new life into her dingy, dirty tile and grout. As you can see in the picture above, the grout lines were the main issue here and could use a lot of help. It was then time to get our hands dirty. The first step was to use our signature pH-neutral, soap-less cleaner and to deep clean the tile by machine using a high-speed, gentle scrubber. This would eliminate any dirt or debris that foot traffic and everyday happenings had left behind over the years. Next, we clear sealed the floor by applying our proprietary Tile Armor. The application of this product would protect the floor against damage or stains caused by dirt or spills. The floor was already starting to look brighter and more refreshed, but now we needed to conquer the grungy grout. Recoloring grout lines is our forte. Our process involves the application of ColorSeal: a high quality sealing product. The benefits of this acrylic-based, pigmented sealer include making grout lines easier to clean and providing long lasting protection from mold, mildew, water, and stains. Once this had been applied, our work here was done. As can be seen in the picture below, the look of the entire room had been transformed, and we couldn't wait to see the homeowner's reaction.



Upon seeing it, the Tampa customer was greatly pleased. She told us she appreciated our work and was now confident the home would be easier to sell. After saying our goodbyes, and informing her of how to property maintain its newly restored appearance, we were on our way.
