Tyler and Christina were wonderful. Both arrived on time and were so pleasant when they came and remained that way the entire day. They explained everything they were doing to address our areas of concern regarding 2 showers. They were also very careful not to chip any of the paint on the drywall adjacent to the tile which would have been extremely difficult to match should a touch-up have been required. Tyler returned a few days later and performed some additional work. He was as pleasant as the first time and did a great job again. We would recommend Sir Grout Tampa for your grouting and caulking needs.

The cleaner that we had, Christina, was awesome, really professional, very hard-working, communicated well to explain what the issue was with our type of tile and what she had to do and would try to do to get the soap scum off. Spent a long time to make it as clean as she could under the circumstances. Spoke to coworkers and the owner to work things out. The communication with her and the owner was great. I really can't say enough good things about her. Would recommend.

Jim and his company are fantastic. Don't go with anyone else. From initial contact all the way to finished job, Jim is super polite, punctual, and knows what he's doing. Our grout essentially looked like a checkerboard from high-traffic daily use and tread. When Jim finished, they looked EXACTLY like when we had first had the floors installed. They looked so beautiful and brand-new I didn't even want to walk on them. Jim recommended proper cleanser to keep it looking that way and even generously gave us pointers on the what the tile in our boys' bath shower needed, a small problem area for us for a while, trying to get clean. Don't hire anyone else!!

Jim is my hero! I'm taking care of my elderly Mom from far away and discovered how infested with mold her shower and tub were.
