Kevin our tech, was extremely professional and we are pleased with the final result of his efforts. Of course, the true test of the product will be once we are able to start using the shower daily. But up to this point, the job was conducted just as the salesperson and Kevin stated it would go.

I bought a rainfall shower head for my bathroom that dripped and caused the tile in my shower to get moldy all over. Chris from Sir Grout came in and regrouted the entire shower and it looks AMAZING. Chris did such a wonderful job and even was able to fix the grout at the bottom of the glass door and around the step to get in the shower. I could not recommend Chris at Sir Grout enough!
The team was great! My husband and I interviewed 5 vendors and Sir Grout was the best by far. The owner Tim was very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning and recoloring our grout as well as providing instructions for future cleanings which I was not aware of. Now for the team that did the actual work - Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar, all did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, fully explained their process, reviewed each room with me as they started, and completed the process. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable! They did every room in my house including the bathrooms and I never felt that we were being rushed through the process. If you can't tell by now, I think that Sir Grout did an excellent job and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Again thanks to the team, Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar!
Oh, I forgot they helped us rearrange our furniture (different from what it originally was), which was a huge help, as we are retired and the furniture was quite heavy👌🏼, so again super job!
Sir Grout is a good company that guarantees their work and is true to their word. They sent out one of their employees, Ainier to clean and color seal our shower. He was passionate about his work, and an overall extremely nice person. A couple of weeks went by and some (very minor) areas of color seal were starting to come up. I called the company and they sent back Ainier (at no charge) who treated the situation seriously and went above and beyond to explain and fix the problem.

Tim did a fabulous job evaluating, educating, and providing a service summary that hit the mark. Ainier then delivered on that commitment and then some. Great communication, on time, checked in with us on progress steps and even came by the next day to drop off some of their recommended pH-balanced cleaner.
