I was ready to replace my entire tile floor because I was so tired of how nasty my floors looked. I ran across someone who had used Jim's company, Sir Grout, and recommend I give him a call. From the moment we meet I recognized a true professional. Jim is punctual, polite, and incredible knowledgeable in dealing with your issues. Jim did an outstanding job, I was amazed. We basically remodel the entire house and one of my favorite remodel projects is the grout line. My tile pops, looks brand new, no checker board patterns anymore. Jim had a helper and he insured this young man did a professional job too. No detail was to small for Jim to fix. I thought I was a perfectionist, Jim showed me what a true professional looks like. His people skills are excellent. If he tells you he will be there, he will! I would highly recommend Jim and Sir Grout to anyone who wants to give up on their floor. Try him first!

Sir Grout removed old grout and replaced it with new in 2 of our bathtubs. Jim is so knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with his work and he left our tubs cleaner than when he arrived. He is a very nice and trustworthy guy. We will use him again for sure.

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with the service and the results of our floor. Jim went above and beyond the call of duty to make this all happen. We had many obstacles to deal with in terms of me being out of town and a short deadline. He not only worked around some creative ways to help resolve some touch issues, but he even made a follow-up visit so we could finally meet in person. Great guy and great company with high standards and excellent service!
