Jim and his company are fantastic. Don't go with anyone else. From initial contact all the way to finished job, Jim is super polite, punctual, and knows what he's doing. Our grout essentially looked like a checkerboard from high-traffic daily use and tread. When Jim finished, they looked EXACTLY like when we had first had the floors installed. They looked so beautiful and brand-new I didn't even want to walk on them. Jim recommended proper cleanser to keep it looking that way and even generously gave us pointers on the what the tile in our boys' bath shower needed, a small problem area for us for a while, trying to get clean. Don't hire anyone else!!

Sir Grout removed old grout and replaced it with new in 2 of our bathtubs. Jim is so knowledgeable and helpful. We are very pleased with his work and he left our tubs cleaner than when he arrived. He is a very nice and trustworthy guy. We will use him again for sure.
I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with the service and the results of our floor. Jim went above and beyond the call of duty to make this all happen. We had many obstacles to deal with in terms of me being out of town and a short deadline. He not only worked around some creative ways to help resolve some touch issues, but he even made a follow-up visit so we could finally meet in person.
