Over the years various housecleaners used caustic cleaners on my beautiful stone and ceramic tile showers, damaging the tile and grout beyond repair. I was contemplating re-tiling my showers which would have cost more than I could afford. I found Sir Grout online and called them in desperation. They asked me to send pictures. I talked to the owner who was very nice and told me that the tile and grout could be salvaged although there was definite etching on the stone tile from acidic cleaners. He sent me an estimate, I paid the down payment and the guys came the next week. They restored my showers so they looked brand new and gave me detailed instructions on how to maintain them. I am very pleased and will use them in the future.
