The team was great! My husband and I interviewed 5 vendors and Sir Grout was the best by far. The owner Tim was very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning and recoloring our grout as well as providing instructions for future cleanings which I was not aware of. Now for the team that did the actual work - Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar, all did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, fully explained their process, reviewed each room with me as they started, and completed the process. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable! They did every room in my house including the bathrooms and I never felt that we were being rushed through the process. If you can't tell by now, I think that Sir Grout did an excellent job and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Again thanks to the team, Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar!
Oh, I forgot they helped us rearrange our furniture (different from what it originally was), which was a huge help, as we are retired and the furniture was quite heavy👌🏼, so again super job!
Sir Grout is a good company that guarantees their work and is true to their word. They sent out one of their employees, Ainier to clean and color seal our shower. He was passionate about his work, and an overall extremely nice person. A couple of weeks went by and some (very minor) areas of color seal were starting to come up. I called the company and they sent back Ainier (at no charge) who treated the situation seriously and went above and beyond to explain and fix the problem.

It is not easy to find a service provider that says the right things and then not only does but over-achieves on all the right things. Well, Sir Grout Tampa hits that mark. Tim did a fabulous job evaluating, educating, and providing a service summary that hit the mark. Ainier then delivered on that commitment and then some. Great communication, on time, checked in with us on progress steps and even came by the next day to drop off some of their recommended pH-balanced cleaner. We had a shower restoration done that now comes with a warranty. No more grout failures! Thank you gentlemen.
Chris was very courteous and concerned that we would help in the process of making his work complete by that I mean at every step he asked to make sure it was what we wanted to be done. He is obviously a craftsman concerned with the quality of the work that he does. It is great to see that much pride and determination and doing a job well.
The worker and owner behaved in a professional manner, they did what they said they would do when they said and cleaned up afterward. The room is almost too nice to use 😊.
