I made an appointment with the owner Jim who worked with me on what I was trying to accomplish in the short term as well as suggestions on what would really make the floors look great in the future. I have to say, I am very happy with the outcome. I had the tiles in our shower cleaned and color-sealed and they really look brand new again. Later on, I may have this done in the rest of the house however for this visit he cleaned and re-sealed the rest of the tiles so everything looks shiny again, just in time for our Holiday visitors.

Jim from Sir Grout was so great! He explained the process in great detail. My tile is brand new but I needed it sealed. Not only did Sir Grout seal my grout, they put a beautiful color seal that made my tile look fantastic. I have already had some spills and they wiped up with no stains! I would highly recommend Sir Grout!

We are very happy with the whole house grout cleaning and recoloring work we got from Sir Grout. After one year a small area in our shower showed the coloring coming up. I called Sir Grout to report the problem and within a couple days Jim Giangrosso, the owner, came to inspect the issue. He immediately redid the area and it looks great. Never know there was a problem. Biggest thing. Jim said, "no charge", even though the work was done by a former owner a year ago! Very professional response.
