We moved into this house 13 years ago and have been living with a floor that was ugly and that's being kind. My house was built in 1978, 35 years ago and it's obvious that there had never been anything past a floor being washed ever since. After your workers finished my family room/kitchen my wife could not stop saying how beautiful the floor was, it looked like new. For month's now we had major renovations done to an older home we wanted to move into. The tile floors were neglected, and dirty from having so many construction people walking in and out. We can't say enough about what a wonderful makeover the tile restoration job did for our house. It's gorgeous and so clean looking. It opens up the rooms so they look bigger and brighter. It was a lot of work on the part of Rick and Steve, and they did a fantastic job. They were also fun guys and very efficient and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I would recommend Sir Grout to anyone who is thinking they might need a new floor. They don't - they just need Sir Grout to come and restore the new look to their existing tile floor. Great service, outstanding results. Our floor is a 500 sq. ft. ceramic tile, 20 years old nd pretty well black grout throughout. Looks like it has just been laid. One of the best investments we have made to the house.
