Money well spent. The house was being prepped for sale and I decided to bring in a grout cleaning team to stain the grout on about 1000 sq feet of tile. They did a great job and wrapped everything up in about 7 hours. Floors looked beautiful and home sold in 6 days!

Our tile and grout needed to be cleaned and given a fresh look. I initially called Stanley Steemer and got a quote over the phone (which I thought was odd given they didn't see the space). I then called Sir Grout and Greg came right over to give us a quote. Yes, his quote was higher then SS but he explained exactly what was going to be done and educated us on the process, etc. We immediately knew that was the right decision and within a week we had our tile cleaned and grout color sealed. IT LOOKS AWESOME - like a new floor. You get what you pay for and it was definitely worth it!!!

My tile and grout needed professional attention in a bad way. I've taken care of my tile floors myself for years but after today.....no more! Also, I wasn't sure what grout color to go with so I took Hector's advice and I'm thrilled with the result. The tile and grout are so beautiful I can't stop looking at it. We used Greg Lynch and Sir Grout in our last home. We had white grout with white tiles (a bad combination). My wife hated it. We tried other so called tile and grout cleaners. Sir Grout came in and finally got it the cleanest it had ever been. A few days after it was cleaned a glass dish literally exploded with sauce and spare ribs. It was all over the place. We thought the grout was ruined. We cleaned it up and it still looked fabulous. We HIGHLY recommend Sir Grout Tampa.

Sir Grout of Tampa was the bright note when I purchased my home. Mr. Greg was on time and informative during our initial appointment. We had a conversation of what I was trying to accomplish both with timing, application and budget. When my closing was delayed, Greg was graciously flexible when we had to cancel and I was unsure when I was going to close. Once I closed, Greg put me immediately back on his schedule.

Sir Grout's crew-men arrived on time and ready to get to work. Hector and Larry were timely and spot on with their recommendation of grout color and time of completion. In addition, they kept me abreast on what was going on every step of the way.

Just had all the tile in my home cleaned and the grout colored today (04/23/15). The employee arrived early, he was very personable and professional. The grout looks better than the day we moved in 7 years ago. The photos on the website do not do justice to the difference you actually see in person. I could not be happier with the end result and my expectations have been exceeded. I recommend Sir Grout and would definitely use them.

I contacted Greg and told him I needed my kitchen floor grout cleaned. He sent out Hector who was prompt,clean and very courteous. Hector not only cleaned, colored and sealed my grout, he guaranteed me if I spilled anything on it that it would clean up and not stain. About a week later, I went into my cupboard and knocked over a full bottle of Cholula hot sauce. It broke and flew everywhere on the kitchen floor! It cleaned up easily and absolutely no stains whatsoever! My floor looks better than new! Great job Hector and Sir Grout!
