We are very happy with the whole house grout cleaning and recoloring work we got from Sir Grout. After one year a small area in our shower showed the coloring coming up. I called Sir Grout to report the problem and within a couple days Jim Giangrosso, the owner, came to inspect the issue. He immediately redid the area and it looks great. Never know there was a problem. Biggest thing. Jim said, "no charge", even though the work was done by a former owner a year ago! Very professional response. I will definitely recommend Sir Grout and Jim.

I highly recommend Sir Grout. Greg gives a free, informative quote and completely prepares you for the process. The real gem in this company is Hector. He is a work horse...never took a break. He gave us several choices of color for the sealant that truly showed his eye for color. He works quickly and efficiently and leaves no mess. Our tiles look better than new.
