Update 5/20/16: We had our bookshelves rebuilt, which exposed some old tile and grout, and Greg came out and made the old grout match the already upgraded grout. Awesome customer service. He also gave my wife some advice on yearly maintenance we didn't know, which should save us $$$ in the long run.
Money well spent. The house was being prepped for sale and I decided to bring in a grout cleaning team to stain the grout on about 1000 sq feet of tile. They did a great job and wrapped everything up in about 7 hours. Floors looked beautiful and home sold in 6 days!
Our tile and grout needed to be cleaned and given a fresh look. I initially called Stanley Steemer and got a quote over the phone (which I thought was odd given they didn't see the space). I then called Sir Grout and Greg came right over to give us a quote. Yes, his quote was higher then SS but he explained exactly what was going to be done and educated us on the process, etc. We immediately knew that was the right decision and within a week we had our tile cleaned and grout color sealed. IT LOOKS AWESOME - like a new floor. You get what you pay for and it was definitely worth it!!!

My tile and grout needed professional attention in a bad way. I've taken care of my tile floors myself for years but after today.....no more! We used Greg Lynch and Sir Grout in our last home. We had white grout with white tiles (a bad combination). My wife hated it. We tried other so called tile and grout cleaners. Sir Grout came in and finally got it the cleanest it had ever been. A few days after it was cleaned a glass dish literally exploded with sauce and spare ribs. It was all over the place. We thought the grout was ruined. We cleaned it up and it still looked fabulous. We HIGHLY recommend Sir Grout Tampa.

Sir Grout of Tampa was the bright note when I purchased my home. Mr. Greg was on time and informative during our initial appointment. We had a conversation of what I was trying to accomplish both with timing, application and budget.
