For month's now we had major renovations done to an older home we wanted to move into. The tile floors were neglected, and dirty from having so many construction people walking in and out. We can't say enough about what a wonderful makeover the tile restoration job did for our house. It's gorgeous and so clean looking. It opens up the rooms so they look bigger and brighter. It was a lot of work on the part of Rick and Steve, and they did a fantastic job. They were also fun guys and very efficient and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I would recommend Sir Grout to anyone who is thinking they might need a new floor. They don't - they just need Sir Grout to come and restore the new look to their existing tile floor. We had so many grout colors to choose from, and it dries so fast that you can walk on it within a few minutes. They not only restore the grout, but also clean the tiles themselves. Great service, outstanding results. Our floor is a 500 sq. ft. ceramic tile, 20 years old nd pretty well black grout throughout. Looks like it has just been laid. One of the best investments we have made to the house.

On September 15, 2011 Greg Lynch, the owner/operator of Sir Grout based in Lutz, Florida and his team, Stefan and A.J., appeared promptly as scheduled to clean our ten-year-old tile floors. The grout was badly discolored and the floors had never been properly cleaned. I must say I am very pleased with their job. Greg, Stefan and A.J. were courteous and efficient, and all were obviously dedicated to achieving excellent results. The floors do look like new, just as advertised. Thank you, guys.

My wife and I are very pleased with the performance and outcome of Sir Grout. While my wife was the driving force behind getting the grout cleaned, I was initially skeptical. Being a general contractor myself, I did not have much faith that the grout would look that much different and that the crew would be dependable. Fortunately, I was quite surprised to see that within one day the grout looked great. I was also pleased with the crew that arrived on time and performed professionally. Looking back, I am glad that my wife insisted on the service and for a reasonable price saved me many hours of work that I am certain would not looked as good if I had tried to clean the grout myself
