I contacted Greg and told him I needed my kitchen floor grout cleaned. He sent out Hector who was prompt,clean and very courteous. Hector not only cleaned, colored and sealed my grout, he guaranteed me if I spilled anything on it that it would clean up and not stain. About a week later, I went into my cupboard and knocked over a full bottle of Cholula hot sauce. It broke and flew everywhere on the kitchen floor! It cleaned up easily and absolutely no stains whatsoever! My floor looks better than new! Great job Hector and Sir Grout! We moved into this house 13 years ago and have been living with a floor that was ugly and that's being kind. My house was built in 1978, 35 years ago and it's obvious that there had never been anything past a floor being washed ever since. After your workers finished my family room/kitchen my wife could not stop saying how beautiful the floor was, it looked like new. All the dark ugly grout lines were gone, and the color was back, and all this was done in a timely fashion.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with a job well done. For ten years our tile floors were subject to normal wear and tear.
