We were sold the wrong grout by Floor and Decor. We were told by them to get estimates to have it removed and re-grouted. Tim came out and right away saw that this would not be possible. I really appreciated his honesty. Others said they would try, but with glass tiles, there would be a lot of chips. Tim was upfront and honest. Any attempt to fix this would be a disaster. He recommended tearing it down and re-tiling the backsplash. That's for your professionalism and caring Tim.

We are loving the service provided by Sir Grout! Tim came out to give a quote for our master shower and did an excellent job of explaining how the entire process would be. James came out the day of, was on time, friendly, and did an excellent job of making our shower look and feel better than brand new. When we're ready to seal our tile floors, we'll definitely be giving them a call and requesting James for the service. If you're on the fence, just go ahead and hire them, you won't be disappointed!

We just bought a condo and were considering re-doing our master shower. It was really in a bad state. So we called Sir Grout and a couple of other companies to come in and give estimates. Tim came in and explained what needed to be done. No pressure selling, just the facts on what they could do. He was also competitively priced. We chose them and man are we glad we did. He sent Ainier... This guy is an artist. His attention to detail, and I mean EVERY detail, is phenomenal. He fixed things we did not even know were there. He took his time and got the job done. He was on time and said he would be done by 4 PM. He was at the door with all his equipment ready to accept payment at 4 as promised. From what the shower was to what it is now is a sight to see. We are SO happy with Sir Grout that we contracted them to do our tiles as well. 5 Stars to this Team!

The whole process with Sir Grout was a great experience! Tim came out to provide a quote for the bathroom and kitchen floors; his knowledge and experience are evident as he was spot-on with colors. Quick response and follow-up on the quote and scheduling the job. Kevin and Chris did an amazing job. They are polite, professional, and hard working. They continually communicated about the progress and ensuring my questions were answered. Kevin also responded to my question via text after the job. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service.

Sir Grout came in and did an excellent job of cleaning and color sealing our grout, and sealing the tile floor, all throughout our home. They were courteous and professional, too! I highly recommend them!

Had a walk-in shower re-grouted and expansion corners done along with cleaning the natural stone floor in the bathroom and shower walls. James was friendly, on time, and even returned on a Saturday to make sure the job was perfect. Tim is lucky to have an employee like James. I have not used the shower yet (3 day wait time to dry) but I don't foresee any issues.

Absolutely fantastic job. Ainier and James were extremely professional and hard working. They arrived exactly on time (which doesn't happen that much any more in most industries) and then worked continuously until the job was done. Highly recommend this company, and in particular, these two hard working gentlemen.
