Kevin and James did an amazing job on our grout! They were both very respectful and polite. My grout and tiles look brand new! All people associated with this business are very knowledgeable and honest. The entire process was streamlined, we were given specific dates and times for estimate, appointment and work date. After thirty years of use, the grout on my tile floors was in dire need of restoration. Kevin and James worked for two days and did a fantastic job. Tile and grout are completely cleaned and updated. The floors look brand new. The team was very professional and communicated throughout the entire project. Could not be more satisfied with the work they did.
Overall had a great experience with Sir Grout. We met with Tim for our eval/estimate. We were looking to clean our shower and grout lines and give the shower a little refresh. Tim was very knowledgeable and had many options for grout/sealant colors. He was able to schedule the work around our schedules. Tanna came out to complete the work and did a great job! Bless her for the long, tedious work that she does! She is very detail oriented.
Fantastic company from Tim the GM that came to give us the quote to repair the grout in two bathrooms and Tana who did the work. Tana went above and beyond our expectations. Our 1950's tile was given a new life due to her hard work. I would certainly recommend Sir Grout Tampa to anyone.
