On September 15, 2011 Greg Lynch, the owner/operator of Sir Grout based in Lutz, Florida and his team, Stefan and A.J., appeared promptly as scheduled to clean our ten-year-old tile floors. The grout was badly discolored and the floors had never been properly cleaned. I must say I am very pleased with their job. Greg, Stefan and A.J. were courteous and efficient, and all were obviously dedicated to achieving excellent results. The floors do look like new, just as advertised. Thank you, guys.

My wife and I are very pleased with the performance and outcome of Sir Grout. While my wife was the driving force behind getting the grout cleaned, I was initially skeptical. Being a general contractor myself, I did not have much faith that the grout would look that much different and that the crew would be dependable. Fortunately, I was quite surprised to see that within one day the grout looked great. I was also pleased with the crew that arrived on time and performed professionally. Looking back, I am glad that my wife insisted on the service and for a reasonable price saved me many hours of work that I am certain would not looked as good if I had tried to clean the grout myself
